Our office is also located in the most popular expat district of The Hague: the Statenkwartier. This district is home to major expat employers such as Europol, the OPCW, many embassies and Eurojust, with which we have short lines of communication with their new employees.

Every week we send all our rental properties to their Human Resource Management department, which they then pass on to their new employees who come to work here.

Our real estate agents are happy to visit your home to determine the correct rental price together with you, because this requires customization and cannot be calculated like that, but by telephone. We can use an enormous database in which we can consult many reference homes. If a landlord would like to have the home furnished tastefully, our interior designer comes into the picture. She has a lot of experience in turning every house into a home in the Netherlands and abroad.

When the house is ready for rental, the regular photographer will use his knowledge and experience to take great photos of the house because this is so decisive on websites such as Funda and Pararius. You should not take photos of your home yourself with your mobile phone because the home deserves a professional and you can only make a first impression once.

Our team is used to the various time zones that we deal with with expats. This also means that we will not be ready at 5:30 PM.
