How do we work for the landlord?

When you hire us, we will get to work for you straight away. Firstly, we will start a marketing campaign. We actively and broadly bring your apartment, house or villa to the attention of potential rental candidates.

Individual expats, relocation specialists, companies, fellow mediators and brokers receive our presentation and are invited to request a viewing. Of course we place the house on Funda and Pararius. We are also very active on all social media. We have a creative stylist in our team who, if necessary, will help you redecorate your home.

Our work: planning and carrying out viewings
