If you come as an expat to The Hague or one of the suburbs it will be a lot of organizing and
planning to make it all work. First of all the job, the school for families with children, and of course
housing. Finding a great place to live is so important but also a challenge in The Hague because
we have a lot of expats coming this way. This is caused by the fact that we have some big expat
employers in The Hague such all the embassies, Europol, OPCW, ICC, NATO etc. and the number
of rental properties is decreasing.
We are good in assisting new coming expats to find them a fine place and we have helped numerous really satisfied
expats the last decade. Of course we can check the national platforms such as Funda
and Pararius to see which new rentals will match with the wishes of the new coming expat.
Furthermore we can contact our big network to see which rental properties will be available soon
and are not listed yet, and this is were we can be of more value.
We will tour together so see the properties and see if we can negotiate the price and conditions
for our searching client. Once the deal is done we will check the tenancy agreement to see if all
legal rules have been followed. We will also help with the application of energy, water, tv/internet
at the best and cheapest providers in the area so the tenant will have all these utilities from day
one. During the check-in we will check the property to see if it is in a good condition and if there
are some damages or other issues this must be mentioned in the inspection report which will be
made during the check-in and keys handover.
At the end of the lease, or when our client has terminated the tenancy agreement, we can also be
present at the check-out to see if the condition of the property is the same as during the check-in
to secure the refund of the deposit. We will come all the way to make people feel home and
assisted here.
